Rental Weatherization Inspections
Brad M. Miller is state certified and has been state certfied as a Rental Weatherization Inspector since 1990.
The State of Wisconsin - Department of Commerce requires that any property purchased for investment purposes must be rental weatherization certified by a certified inspector.
Rental Weatherization Inspection Fee
- $175 up to a 2 family dwelling
The fee includes:
- The initial inspection
- One follow-up inspection
- The Certificate of Compliance
Properties that are exempt:
- Any building constructed after December 1, 1978, which contains up to 2 dwelling units.
- Any building constructed after April 15, 1976, which contains more than 2 dwelling units.
